Established in 1978, Maxwell’s a staple of the Hoboken bar and music scene. It’s small setting gives the crowd a place to really connect to the diverse range of acts that come through and play at Maxwell’s. The atmosphere at Maxwell’s is great with a nice little bar and eating area. The wait staff at Maxwell’s is always friendly and very welcoming. They have a jukebox that is loaded with a lot of great music; not just popular music, but it goes deep into some underground classics for all the music nerds out there. The food is really food and the drinks are cheap. With all the amazing bands that come through Maxwell’s and with their great atmosphere, nothing by great and fond memories are created each and every time you go there, so do yourself a favor and catch a show or some drinks sometime soon.
